The Running Game: Week Four Late Changes

This morning, I got up early and watched the game in London and watched in utter disappointment as the Colts got their asses handed to them, tried to give them back, but ultimately failed. No, wait, I actually didn't have that emotion, because.... oh, how did one Detroit-fan friend put it in Week One? "The Colts are dumb and bad". I mean, okay, my pick was wrong, but so was everyone else, so HUZZAH!

Taking another look at my Gut picks, I had second thoughts about Detroit and Chicago. Chicago had their first win against Detroit last year - or was it the other way around? No matter, I switched up that Gut Pick.

I also took my time to answer a survey question on NFL.com, and, as it turns out, I am aligned with most others who took the survey. I had to think through a few things, but in the end, it came down to "new coach, rookie quarterback, sucked last year, 3-0 right now".

There are about 3,000 more votes now, but the count is roughly the same.

Well, just before the early games, I had to leave for my Persian lesson (did you know that I was learning Persian? I am, yeah), but before I left, I asked my Atlanta-fan friend if he thought that the Falcons could win today. He wasn't sure, but I was, so I switched up that Gut Pick too. My Persian lesson was good, but I have to practice more. I checked the games on my mobile, and was amused to find that...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
You suck, New England.

Then, when I got home and watched the late games, I found myself rooting for the Cowpokes. Crazy times. Aand, for the second week in a row, the game in Tampa is "temporarily suspended" for weather. Christ, Tampa, GET A DOME.

Now excuse me, my boyfriend is about to take the field.
