Oh Yeah, Football: Week Five A Rivalry Rekindled

When I meet a Lions fan, I say, "Hey, at least you're not a Vikings or Bears fan", usually after saying "I'm sorry". When I meet a Vikings fan, I express relief that they aren't a Bears fan. When I meet a Bears fan, I say, "Well, at least you're not a Cowboys fan."  When I meet a Cowboys fan, I say, "OKAY".

I didn't go for a walk before the games this Sunday, sat through the early games, and was starting to watch Green Bay at Dallas. The first quarter was going terribly, horribly, disgustingly bad. My Pack were down 7-21 and I decided that if I accepted the loss early, it would be easier to handle. I went out for a walk, walk walk walk. It was flipin' hot, so I didn't wear a cardigan over my tank-top. I hit up a local wine bar, feeling underdressed for Natachee's, but got some San Pelligrino and tried a few cheeses.

That was when I looked into Facebook and saw something about someone changing the owner of the Cowboys to Aaron Rodgers on their Wikipedia page. Then I saw memes and memes and memes.

The Packers won.

So, Monday, I decided to troll my personal trainer with this video of the final play of the game and a friend said that maybe he would make a tough workout for me on Tuesday as revenge. I said BRING IT! So Tuesday, I was prepped and the workout was good. Then, afterward, at the front desk, I said "that was a tough workout, but at least I can wake up every day thankful that I'm not a Cowboys fan." From the side, totally deadpan, I hear my trainer say, "you're gonna pay for that on Thursday."
